“Unit 3 Pros: Spacious, sunny units with great neighbors, nice block. I've lived here for six years and the landlord has always been responsible and helpful. Cons: Issues with leaks on and off, but the landlord has made a concerted effort to resolve these.”

“Pros: Clean, quiet and family feel Cons: No roof access but this is understandable Advice to landlord: None, keep at it. thanks”
