Cons: Trash room on each floor which smells real bad sometimes, common stairs area needs paint. Advice to landlord: Paint the common area and add new intercom system to the front door.”

— 315 EAST 57 STREET · Manhattan“Unit 4B Pros: Taking out the trash was really easy. There's a little trash closet on every floor with a garbage can and recycling bins inside. I lived in 4B and the unit was nice, updated, and we never had a problem with bugs. Cons: The management is horrible. Our ceiling fan in the living room has been broken the entire time we lived there and the management never did anything about it even though we emailed and called them at least once a week for about 3 months. Also, the only way to pay rent is by check that has to be dropped off at the landlord's building. In addition, the hallways are only cleaned every other month.”

We have not had any calls or emails returned since May 2020. The apartment was left completely spotless and in perfect condition. We are currently taking legal action. Advice to landlord: Don’t keep money that doesn’t belong to you.”
