“Pros: Quiet back of building, great super and maintenance that clean the building monthly. Cons: Trash is two doors down, no dishwasher in my unit”

“Pros: Responsive and helpful management, great supers (any repairs we needed we promptly taken care of), building is clean, security measures in place to protect packages from being stolen (and therefore this hasn't been a problem), monthly exterminator services (by request), trash area is effective.... overall, this is the best building I've lived in in NYC all things considered. It is very well kept, especially for an older building. Management is personable and helpful. Cons: Some mice and roaches.”
