“Pros: Area is great. Schools, Doctors offices and Shopping Centers are all a small walk away. Cons: NO HEAT DURING WINTER. NO HOT WATER DURING WINTER EITHER. Advice to landlord: Great area and building just fix or get a new BOILER.”
