“Pros: Nicely renovated unit with a manageable layout for 2 bedrooms. Cons: Laundry machines are not maintained. Common areas are not cleaned. Stairwell is dirty. Windows need updating to improve heating and cooling efficiency. Advice to landlord: Clean the common areas and it will drastically improve the curb appeal of the building.”
