“Unit 1B Pros: Lovely location and generally good neighbors. Rare to have in building laundry in a building like this. Cons: The super is doing his best but the management company is kinda shitty. I’ve had multiple issues that took multiple emails and phone calls to resolve. Bug management comes twice a month and you have to be home, which is annoying if you have to go into the office. The lobby smells like a joint 20% of the time. Have experienced package theft as well. Advice to landlord: Please secure the packages. Find alternative times for bug people.”

“Pros: Location is great Cons: Management is not responsive and there are roaches. Problems with the heat that management has not addressed as well. Advice to landlord: Fix the boiler and fumigate the building”
