“Unit 4E Pros: We have had a great time in this building for two years. The super is friendly and fixed things at a quick rate if we ever had an issue, which were few and far between. There isn't much noise here, and it seems as though they like to keep it that way. Neighbors are all kind and friendly from my experience. Never had any issues with bugs or pests. No issues with heating or water. Conveniently located to subways and stores! Management is not too hard to get a hold of. Most laundry machines in the basement work 99% of the time. Feels like a very secure and safe building. Cons: The elevator is slow, small, not well ventilated, and breaks down occasionally.”

“Pros: Clean, great pest control, mostly quiet, nice neighbors, amazing location Cons: Building management not that helpful, sometimes hard to get super to come and fix things in a timely manner, very slow elevator, heat was sometimes not great, had to pay a ridiculous amount for laundry on top of rent”

“Pros: Good location. Kept clean. Cons: The elevator is ancient and surely about to kill someone. New management is difficult to deal with at best, and downright infuriating the rest of the time. Advice to landlord: Get out of building management”

“Unit 5A Pros: The management company is fine and pretty responsive. I LOVE the light and all the windows. I like the package room as well. Love that there’s laundry. Super is really nice. Cons: We had a lot of mice come in during our last few months — we caught a new one every few days, it was insane.”

“Pros: The building is convenient to the 1/2/3 trains and several bus lines. The internal neighbors are nice. The building is overall well maintained. Cons: The elevator is a slow.”
