“Unit 1 (downstairs) Pros: -front garden area -master bedroom has private entrance -neighbors are lovely Cons: -property owner did not return deposit despite saying he would -many things about the apartment are not up to code (including the massive hole in the floor covered by a metal plate by the back entrance that the landlord warned us not to mention to the insurance lady who came after the house flooded) -the basement level flooded numerous times while I lived there -shower drain is constantly becoming clogged and landlord refuses to admit that there might be something wrong with the plumbing and not our hair Advice to landlord: Please do better.”
