★★★★★Jul 2025

“Pros: The roof has a fantastic view of the skyline. Water pressure is solid. Cons: 3-beds have a weird floor plan. The biggest bedrooms have French doors that look nice, but don't filter noise at all. The showers have those weird glass half-walls. Advice to landlord: Redo the showers without the glass half-walls.”

“Pros: Good location and great pest control! Cons: Black mold in the hallways painted over, lots of trash dumped outside, not cheap enough for the quality.”

“Pros: New build that has all amenities, nice neighbors, roof, close to subway, average sized rooms, AC Cons: Shoddily built, issues are fixed quickly but are clearly results of a larger problem that is not being addressed, poor sound proofing to the street and to your neighbors, small, lightless living room which means there is also no good air circulation”

“Unit 2F Pros: Relatively clean, good area, mostly well kept Cons: Landlords weren’t super responsive, it took a long time to get any sort of response, especially if it required hiring someone to come fix something”

“Pros: Great neighbors all around, lively street, great hood, if you could peel a few coats of paint off the roof you’d find a beautiful surprise. Super was great Cons: Landlord succeeded in either scaring everyone out, evicting them, or initiating holdover proceedings to reclaim the apartments from tenants so he could re-do the empty building, taking it out of rent control and turning it into a glass abomination. Lengthy history of bedbugs in many units that doesn’t seem to be reported here, also mold, extensive water damage, non working heating units, you name it Advice to landlord: Yikes”

★★★★★Sep 2020

“Pros: The roof has a great view. Easy trash schedule Cons: Parts of the ceiling fall down in the hallway and in top floor apartments when it rains, mostly unresponsive landlord, break-ins aren’t uncommon. The bedrooms in our apartment weren’t heated properly in the winter. Takes awhile for hot water to turn on. Advice to landlord: Be more responsive to tenant requests, make sure to maintain/ keep up the building.”
