“Pros: laundry in unit, dishwasher in unit, balcony, walking distance to the beach, walking distance to B+Q, walking distance to halal meat markets, walking distance to mosques, great food options, great grocery food options Cons: rats in the garage, rats ate into my car while sitting in the garage, nonresponsive management, packages get stolen, i have seen someone get into our garage, extermination services are not consistent Advice to landlord: create more security around packages, build a storage in the building with keys for packages, exterminate the rats”

“Management here is pretty careless. The apartment unit may look nice, but inside the moldings everything is plastic and falls apart. The floor also easily scratches. Do not rent here.”
