Renovated, facing away from the street, great sunlight Cons: The management company is a nightmare they barely respond, you don’t know a single person’s name, they are borderline violating tenants right. They are very shady and they have a terrible reputation in area. Advice to landlord: Abide by your own leases”

“Unit 22 Pros: fairly well maintained, has Amazon locker, laundry, friendly on-premise super Cons: laundry is expensive and is often broken, landlord responsiveness could be better, super is nosey, not all units are rent stabilized and new management (as of 2021) raises the rents by a lot Advice to landlord: stop raising rents so much!”
