“Pros: Lots of light, good storage in apartment, renovated with new appliances and a dishwasher. Cons: Moved in with no gas utility, and it ended up being out for several months. No utility issues after that. The building has really no amenities to speak of except for a dishwasher. Super was non-existent. The building manager is very communicative, but the landlord is impossible to reach.”
