— 304 EAST 41 STREET · Manhattan“Unit 5A Pros: Friendly staff, safe, laundry in building, elevator. Cons: Very small unit, tenement style, windows very old and not sound proof at all, lots of city sounds including being able to hear fire trucks and sirens from nearby department. Some cockroaches near trash area, building is old and could be maintained better.”
— 304 EAST 41 STREET · Manhattan“Pros: I appreciate the doormen and laundry in the building. Maintenance men are very responsive and helpful whenever I’ve needed them. Cons: Each unit is owned by a different person so your experience is somewhat dependent on your landlord’s contract with the co-op. My landlord is chill but others are not. Advice to landlord: N/A”
— 304 EAST 41 STREET · Manhattan“Unit 803B Pros: The staff are exceptionally attentive and I have never had issues with pests in 1.5 years. Laundry in building. Cons: I have an obnoxious neighbor, but it is not the fault of the building and seems to be a one-off case. No roof deck; very small outdoor area. Many apartments are very small and don't have full appliances and/or look directly at the wall of neighboring building. Advice to landlord: Keep up the good work!”
— 304 EAST 41 STREET · Manhattan“Unit 1304A Pros: This building is extremely well run and the staff is wonderful. The building and Tudor city is very pretty and whimsical. Cons: Roaches are in the drain pipes so have your bathtub drains plugged”
