“Unit 3 Pros: The location is wonderful. The neighborhood is amazing and neighbors in the building and outside the building are so kind. The bathroom was pink and so charming and the light is also spectacular. Cons: The owner is very accusatory. There were multiple issues with the pipes due to the building being so old and she would often pressure tenants to stop doing things that none of us were simply because she did not want to properly change the pipes. We went multiple times without being able to run water. She also asked another tenant of the building to find out who reported a 311 complaint about the heat. No longer lists online in an effort to get more money and also lack of transparency around how much each unit is going for. Advice to landlord: consider more compassion as a landlord and humanizing your tenants rather than seeing us as income”

“Pros: Very close to the F/G and everything on Smith/Court st! Cons: Can sometimes hear the train go by”

“Pros: Management is quick to respond and resolve issues Neighbors ware great Beautiful apartment Relatively quiet, but you are close to Smith street which can be noisy Cons: - Drastic rent increase every year -Shoddy work by super -Getting water shut off due to sewage back-up (this has happened 2-3 times) -Lobby is not always well maintained -Your rent will increase by $300+/ month every year. Make sure you can afford that increase before you move in”

“Pros: Great location, landlord / super were pretty responsive. Wouldn't expect luxury but it was really well priced for the area and we enjoyed the building, had nice neighbors. Only issue was clogging up the toilet. We could usually plunge and only had to call the super once. Cons: Stairwell is narrow and there are no doorbells”

“Pros: Great location, big apartment, lots of room. Cons: Landlord does not manage building well. Hallway and stairwells are dirty and unkept. Had mice in the apartment at one point. Lots of rats outside the building and in the neighborhood Advice to landlord: Clean/fix up communal areas”
