“Pros: Clean area, near convenient stores and bus stops. Access to the 1 train. Cons: No heat throughout day, in winter time we get heat twice a day or just at midnight. My family and I had to buy portable heaters. Advice to landlord: Get someone more responsible to help out the renters. Heat is essential during cold season, and we all have kids that have to wake up early to go to school.”
