“Pros: rent stabilized and amazing location Cons: very old building, so comes with all the issues you'd expect. also management is very difficult to contact, super seems overworked. Advice to landlord: please do something about the mold in the apartments, this has been getting worse year over year. also the water pipes in general, often leaks through walls, so please fix these things thank you”

“Pros: Transportation near Stores near Supermarkets near Cons: Horrible management, no response. Ever! In the winter extremely cold! Also a guy sleeps in the hallway and Steals all package and management doesn’t pick up so there’s no one to inform. Advice to landlord: Pick up the phone!”
