“Pros: Great doorman team who know everyone in the building, well maintained, quiet neighbors and quiet building. Very nice Cons: You have to click the up button on the elevator in the main lobby very precisely to actually call the elevator, so sometimes you're standing there clicking it for a good 10 seconds before you hit it just right.”
