“Pros: location and size of apartments + only 1 unit per floor Cons: previous management in 2022-2023 was terrible. could not get good contact with them. apt door lock broke shortly after moving in and paid the locksmith which was then forced to threaten and file a small claims suit before management changed and we reached an agreement. new management has much better communication but still took 2+ months to get security deposit back after moving out.”
