“Pros: The best doorman in nyc hands down. Louis is genuine, a gentleman but is the perfect amount of nyc realness that you need. Cons: It’s a condo building. Some owners are challenging to say the least. My upstairs neighbor on a treadmill I’m talking about you. Advice to landlord: Clean the basement more often. 7-eleven is making is gross.”
