“Pros: Great area, big apartments Cons: IMK Management fails to upkeep the property, discriminates against the tenants. Boris Evelkin, owner of the property, cannot be reached. The lead issue is not addressed. Management forces African-Americans to move out failing to do necessary repairs or paying lump sum to move out. Advice to landlord: Take care of the property!”
