“Pros: Location, decent sized apartment, good closet space Cons: Super fixes things dragging his feet. Literally used duct tape to fix certain things. The building is very noisy. I can hear my upstairs neighbor’s conversations and my neighbors across the hall arguing even with the door closed.”

“Pros: The rental process was fairly easy, most of the neighbours are friendly and respectful, garbage gets taken care of regularly Cons: building barely has any heat, never gets cleaned and has a terrible pest problem. nothing ever gets fixed properly, just ducttaped over. rent is ridiculous for such a run down, neglected place.”

“Pros: The location is great. Cons: The neighbors all have terrible taste in music and they want to everyone else to know it.”
