“Pros: Pretty good value apartments if you can get a renovated unit. Cons: Walls are thin if your neighbors like playing music, and you can definitely hear people stomping and walking. Heat is extremely unreliable especially with changing temperatures between seasons. Owner will NOT fix the heat so you will have to report to 311. We do see cockroaches occasionally in the kitchen but you can sign up for pest control. Advice to landlord: Fix the heating issues.”

“Pros: Very clean, nice neighbors! Cons: The super takes a long time to respond + the building is remotely managed from Florida (which leads to long waits). One of our appliances has been broken for months and maintenance still hasn't fixed the issue”

“Pros: Clean, friendly neighbors for the most part, wonderful super, key fob entry Cons: Newest management company is ok and sometimes unresponsive, walk-up building”
