“Pros: Building units themselves are nice, decent location, rooftop is beautiful, city view is beautiful. Super/porter try their best. Rent stabilized! Cons: Kinda far from train, buses are sometimes reliable (rush hour you need to fight for a spot). You can tell management kinda let this building go to poop. It has a lot of potential, just isn't upkept like it should be for whatever reason. Advice to landlord: Invest more money into making this building look better, might have a lot more retention..”

“Pros: Location, big apartments. Cons: Management company is really slow and disorganized. It’s always a fight with them and you need to follow up several times. Advice to landlord: Make sure you read well the contract, heated is not included and they don’t tell you that.”

“Pros: Nice fixtures in apartment. Clean hallways. Cons: The rooftop has been run down and hasnt been fixed by management. Almost None of the roof lights work and they’re torn out of the ground. Plus one bbq grill doesn’t seem to work. Also the fitness room doesn’t have any weights which seems silly. But I also don’t know if or when they clean it. Advice to landlord: Fix the rooftop”

“Pros: HUGE Apartment, walls are solid and very soundproof, good closet space, huge full kitchens, nice rooftop, amazing super, parking available, quiet building. I loved living here Cons: If your windows are facing 21st street, the traffic can be noisy. The owners let go of the general aesthetics of the building, but there is a new management company now so things may be better. Advice to landlord: For a 2500 apartment, the aesthetics of the hallways, gym, and common spaces should be better”
