“Pros: Neighboorhood is good! Cons: Old building, pretty dirty, no dishwasher in the apartment or laundry on premises. Old amenities and old windows with plenty of wind coming through them. Advice to landlord: Upgrade, provide some sanitation for the COVID send pest control people once a month, clean the building!”
