“Unit 2 Pros: Astoria is wonderful, great area Cons: Buildings and apartments are poorly maintained, and any work completed is done as cheaply as possible. There is no is insulation in the building, drafty and very cold. Front door lock will break and will stay broken for months on end. Tennant pays for heat and hot water. Advice to landlord: Just be better”
