“Unit 2F Pros: Amazing location to train, bars, restaurants, coffee shops etc. everything you need. There's a backyard area that's cute and furnished. Cons: Owner refuses to fix the intercom system which has been broken for years which has led to packages getting stolen. The staircase interior of the building looks like it has not been cleaned ever. There was a roach and mouse problem as well. We also went without heat for over 2 weeks and we were told by the owner it was fixed over those 2 weeks which is was not. Building overall is not well maintained.”

Advice to landlord: Manage you’re property properly”
