“Pros: Great space and location Cons: Needs better water pressure”

“Pros: The location is great. Cons: Apartments are small and dark. The landlord only has an answering machine for repair requests so if you have an emergency off hours you are out of luck. There are also lots of pests such as mice and cockroaches.”
