“Unit 3 Pros: Good natural light in the bedrooms. Good water pressure. Decorative fireplace/mantle. Location is good. Cons: Heat is 100 degrees all winter, radiators at full blast and you can’t control the temperature within the apartment so you have to have all the windows open, but there is a lot of street noise.”
