“Pros: great location , easy to get to manhattan and Bushwick +wburg Cons: the upstairs neighbors are disrespectful and loud, and the bedroom has a door to the hallway in it that makes it very loud. Advice to landlord: to be fair, it’s not their fault. - the neighbors are just bad annoying neighbors”
