ConEd threatened to turn off the heat in common areas (hallways) multiple times due to the management company not paying their gas bills. Packages were repeatedly stolen. We had mice under our dishwasher and were told there was no way to plug the hole. We still haven’t received our security deposit two months after lease end despite filling out the form on where to send the deposit and multiple emails and texts to the management company.”
