“Pros: location was the only positive thing about this place Cons: - unresponsive management - overpriced - no heat/hot water for a month in dead of winter - rodents - bugs - inconsistent trash removal - packages stolen - gross common areas”

“Unit 5B Pros: Great location, decently updated units. Cons: No elevator, some units are SROs with bathrooms down the hall. At least one long term resident is a smoker and is protected by tenant laws so is allowed to smoke. Can smell it in hallways and some apartments.”

“Unit 5B Pros: Amazing location, quiet street Cons: Basic necessities were broken when we moved in (stove,oven/ ac / etc) took months to fix. Maitenance is not fast or easy. Package theft problem. Have had 4 cockroaches and 1 mouse in our apt in a year. Advice to landlord: Make sure units are move in ready”
