“Unit 5B Pros: Neighbors were lovely. Great prices and great location. Laundry in building and elevator (although occasionally out of service). Cons: Slow responsiveness by super. Not always the most cleanly exterior. Heating is very touchy and not great insulation. Had to purchase AC unit.”
