“Pros: My old bldg! Loved the neighborhood and nice neighbors. Elevator. Generally, a good experience. Positive memories. Cons: Walls/floors thin especially on the first floor. U can hear everything and people can be mad disrespectful. The super was tricky, was kinda weird w/ younger women. Sometimes nice, sometimes mean. Also heads up: no video bell, or there wasn't... packages get stolen alllll the time. So solid bldg, but noisy, package issue & super Advice to landlord: install video bell if you have not!”

“Pros: Great and fair landlord, super is awesome and attentive. Location doesn't get better than this. Cons: Depending on the unit, natural light can be a little low. Advice to landlord: Keep it up!”
