“Unit 3A Pros: Building clean and good heat. Cons: experiencing for the past 2 years.The ongoing violent disputes on the 3rd floor are clearly disruptive and concerning. Despite the frequent police involvement, it's disappointing that the landlord has not yet addressed the issue. Advice to landlord: I would like to suggest implementing stricter tenant screening procedures, including background checks and references from previous landlords, to prevent such issues in the future.”

“Pros: Good heat only Cons: Third floor tenants always fighting inside their apartment and fighting in the hallway. Don’t feel safe getting out my apartment because of this issue and the landlord doesn’t care and doesn’t fix the issue. Advice to landlord: The owner should should take action of this constantly issue.”
