“Pros: Just the heat Cons: Its dirty it's stinks the top neighbor thinks it's a park upstairs no respect for your neighbors ,, lack of common courtesy with your neighbors , not everyone comes from a shelter or lives off public assistance , have some type of courtesy when courtesy is given to you Advice to landlord: You should get rid of all these people who lack human courtesy,, they act like animal and we the ones that pay rent have to endure that's why I stop paying rent I refuse to live in a building where your neighbors think this is a fre for all”

“Pros: It’s directly across the street from a grocery store. Cons: They changed supers too often. Tenets don’t care about a clean trash area. They sell drinks in front of the building. Basically a shelter with no rules. Repairs are not done in a timely manner. Management doesn’t communicate well, if at all. Advice to landlord: Sell the building to someone who cares about people.”
