“Unit 23 Pros: Laundry in some units. Good area. Cons: The freezer has been broken for months with no response from management. Recurring roaches and rats outside. One ran over my foot as I took the trash out. They say the exterminator comes on the first Saturday of every month, but that is not true. I have seen more and more roaches in the apartment as I've lived there longer. Very noisy neighbors. management acts clueless. Rent at your own risk. Advice to landlord: Please get it together.”

“Unit 1B Pros: Quiet street, nice and responsive super, trustworthy neighbors, washer/dryer in unit Cons: Lots of apartment basic issues(water, heat, etc), no storage, not a lot of countertop space, no dishwashers”
