“Pros: In a nice area and (when I lived there) was pretty cheap Cons: Building was falling apart and the landlord used his family members as plumbers, electricians, etc, even though they were obviously not qualified for the job. In three years, my bathroom ceiling fell in about six time and I regularly had no heat in the winter. Advice to landlord: Maintain the building better.”
