“Pros: this is truly a great place to live. the management company is very responsive and kind. the super, while not a live in super, is very responsive and respectful. he makes himself available to help you. the folks who live in the building are very kind and friendly as well Cons: the floors can be creaky and sometimes it can be loud on the stairwell”

“Pros: management is very easy to contact, and they respond really quickly. a door in the unit wouldn’t close and they sent someone to fix it within a week. Cons: the doors slam loudly and quickly and people aren’t always the best at catching them. also, the floors are squeaky. there isn’t a good place to get packages, and there isn’t anywhere to safely store a bike”
