“Pros: Relatively well cared for. The outdoor courtyard is taken care of. The neighbors are great and easy people. Cons: The electricity is old. Very few outlets in each apartment. Some neighbors can be loud. Some bugs sighted often. The public hallways could use a facelift. Advice to landlord: The walls in the apartments are all crumbling. And the electricity needs an upgrade. .”
