“Unit 1R Pros: I love the backyard and the location in relativity to shopping and restaurants. The apartment is objectively everything one could want in a ground floor unit. Cons: The management is letting their building deteriorate in way that can only be described as criminal. Advice to landlord: Stop ruining your tenants lives”
