“Unit 3 Pros: Actual layout and neighbors were great. Washer dryer in unit worked fine. Lots of natural light. Cons: Didn’t have a working oven or stovetop the entire one year that we lived in the apartment. National grid was unable to check our meter because it was not connected to our apartment properly. Advice to landlord: Don’t siphon your tenants gas <3”
