“Pros: Nothing at all Cons: Everything land lord has threatened to fight me. Failed to meet fire codes, never fixed anything, apartment should have been rent stabilized Advice to landlord: Stop being a terrible human being”

“Pros: Cons outweigh the pros exponentially. Cons: Building was not up to safety/sanitation codes and became overrun with aggressive squatters. Units have been illegally rent destabilized so all tenants were being illegally overcharged. Monthly exterminator was never sent until 311 reports were submitted, she even after then roach and mice problems were still persistent. Advice to landlord: Do your job by creating safe and sanitary living spaces, quit price gouging and harassing the community, so maybe just sell your buildings so someone can actually take care of them and their tenants?”
