“Pros: The management fix issues within a month. Cons: Building is old and the pest issue is overbearing. Roaches 🪳 all over the building and in apartments. Mouses running around all hours of the day. Eating thru furniture and food. No storage space. Advice to landlord: 1) Hire an exterminator. 2) provide cabinet storage”
