“Pros: I’ve lived in the building for 15 years, it’s mostly been good. Cons: Packages regularly stolen, cooking gas has been off for over a month. They are VERY slow and unresponsive to fix things in the building. Leaks and broken intercom go unaddressed for months with regular messaging to management. I’ve been stuck in the elevator twice Advice to landlord: Prioritize regular maintenance”
