“Pros: Very Huge Apartments with High Ceilings. Quiet clean Building. Very family oriented people. Cons: Very dated and Old school. The Super takes 9 years to fix problems in the Building. The Cabinets / Sinks / knobs etc are very old and Broken. Lots of Mold under the sinks in the Bathroom and Kitchen area. Advice to landlord: Update the Kitchen and Bathrooms in this Building. Invest in real Handy men to fix problems within the Building.”
