“Pros: The floor is quiet and family oriented building. Cons: No garbage disposal so garbage sits around until can be disposed of outside building. Waterbugs and other mites. Inconsistent responsiveness. Occasionally people passed out on the stairs. Building inconsistently cleaned.”

“Unit SB Pros: Cheap rent, spacious apartment, close to 4/D trains Cons: Always loud music blasting especially in the summer when 50+ people from other neighborhoods would come to the block, a couple of shootings occurred. Experienced the worst of it since I lived on the ground floor. No heat during winter, again not sure if this was due to me being on the ground floor.”

“Pros: Cheap rent that’s about it Cons: Cockroaches everywhere, and mouses everywhere as well. Advice to landlord: Please fix the pest issue. Disgusting.”
