“Unit 2 Pros: Great location. Loads of storage space. Laundry. Lots of light. Cons: Pests. generally an old building. Landlord has a hard time balancing the interests of residents vs commercial tenants. Commercial tenant not keeping in line with NYC regulations, leading to noise nuisance. Advice to landlord: More upkeep would not hurt. Don't side with commercial tenant breaking regulations.”
