“Pros: Lots of space in the apartment (large bedrooms and large kitchen), affordable rent, somewhat responsive landlord, mostly respectful neighbors, and organized garbage management Cons: There's been a lot of roaches recently, which is annoying. There's also occasional mice during the winter time. Also, there's 1 neighbor who has 3-4 dogs in their apartment, which is a bit of a nuisance because of the odor it brings to the floor. It's also annoying when some neighbors continuously slam the door. Advice to landlord: Patch up holes so that mice don't come in (1 mouse is 1 too many). Have the exterminator come in at a convenient time for neighbors, or make sure he slips in a note with his contact information so that residents can book an appointment at a convenient time.”
