“Unit 12 Pros: Mostly all fully renovated units (new appliances/flooring/etc.) and pretty large 1 bds for the price (rent stabilized). Good location near trains and amenities Cons: Hallways/stairs dirty and not well maintained, occasional roaches (also seen in my unit) - they send exterminators very infrequently and sporadically. Heat in winter is very inconsistent, it’s usually freezing and need space heaters, landlord does not respond adequately to that. Overall a good deal if you can handle those two main issues Advice to landlord: Deal properly with pest problems once and for all, and keep the common areas clean on a regular basis”
