“Unit 12 Pros: The building management always replied so quickly for any problem and the building was well kept. Never had any issues here and never saw any pests. Got our full security deposit back as well. Would definitely live here again or with this housing company. Cons: Trash room could be a little messy sometimes and the heat was definitely spotty in the winter. I wish the bathroom had a fan as it would definitely get really humid and ventilation was difficult, especially in the summer”

“Unit 15 Pros: Building is well maintained, free pest control sprays monthly, thick walls, no leaks or plumbing issues. Supers kids live in building and manage trash, monthly cleaning for hallways and stairs. It’s a good quality building Cons: Street noise, major construction next door but that will end eventually. Some package theft. Heater gets too hot. No amenities”

“Pros: Super responsive management company. The super is great. Cons: Minor roach issue- was taken care of very quickly however. Slightly outdated appliances Advice to landlord: Update appliances”

“Unit 20 Pros: Butterfly Virtual Doorman System Location Super is friendly and responsive Management has an online tenant portal for requests and rent Security Cameras in Lobby Heat was always on when necessary Any building-wide issues (i.e. hot water not working) were addressed and fixed quickly (within a day or two) Hot Water, Heat and Gas is included in the rent Cons: Some of the security Cameras in the lobby haven't been working for a couple of weeks and the owners have taken a while to get them fixed, which led to a few packages being stolen from the lobby/mailbox area.”
